OUR MISSION

MWA is an ambassadorship program highlighting inspiring women from the United States of America. These women are CEO, entrepreneurs, influencers, leaders, mentors, and professionals from all walks of life who together are a powerful network of women who support noble and humanitarian causes while excelling in their personal and professional goals. The mission of MWA is to develop a strong network of women who deserve better representation in the United States. Each year we nominate an empowering woman of color as an ambassador to a particular region in the world. The region’s ambassador works on a humanitarian objective of her choice, and MWA supports and sponsors the purpose.  We believe you are an inspiring woman of color

Faiza Pervaiz

Founder / President
MWA
Ambassador Region – United States

Her journey in women’s activism began in 2020 when the world was paralyzed by the pandemic. She realized that by leveraging the power and support of her network of influential women, she could positively impact society through good community service and camaraderie.

She founded the non-profit “The Minority Women of America” to highlight community leaders and inspiring women. During the peak of covid, she delivered thousands of masks and PPP to healthcare professionals via her organization and network of inspiring women. She launched campaign initiatives such as “Tye Dye Memes” and “Influencer Campaigns,” and collaborated with local restaurants to provide thank you lunches to health care heroes who worked tirelessly around the clock to save lives.

Today, the MWA’s mission remains to empower women by highlighting their accomplishments and getting them involved in the community by assisting them in harnessing their inner powers as women. Through mentorship programs, counseling, and workshops, the organization strives to provide resources and information to assist women in achieving their personal and professional goals. Suffolk County Executive Steve Bellone has commended the organization.

Faiza is a mother of three beautiful daughters, an educator, a micro-influencer, a licensed real estate agent, an insurance agent, a partner at M.I Tax and Financial Services, the lead director at (IRS ERC help.com), and the executive head of the Fintech department at MI Tax and Financial Services. Her current goal is to introduce women to the exciting world of Fintech.
